Different Perspectives: DEI From Outside Independent Schools is a podcast where we interview DEI practitioners in industries other than education in hopes of helping independent schools to understand why it is important to apply a DEI lens to every aspect of our schools. Additionally, there might be strategies that these practitioners have employed in their industries that our schools can borrow to truly advance DEI work and move our school communities forward.
