We all have people within our own organization and community who have strong opinions about the admissions department. I want to encourage you to walk towards them with confidence and humility and turn them into stronger advocates than you imagined. Whether you just started in your role or have been there a long time, it is never too late to mend a broken link. No one likes conflict but you can work to build relationships and turn your biggest critics into your greatest fans.
