As our schools continue to put emphasis on creating communities that are reflective of the worlds our students currently live in and will live in the future, it is important that our Admission Offices understand their roles as diversity practitioners in creating the student body. Through thoughtful discussions, interactive activities, and self-reflection we will explore the role of the Admission Officer as a Diversity Practitioner.
