Neuroscientists have discovered that our brains light up when we watch or read a story—not only the neural networks involved in language processing but also other circuits as well. One study found that the brain networks that process emotions were activated, along with brain regions that engage in complex information processing and decision-making. This session will consider how storytelling can be leveraged in our enrollment strategy in an evidence-based and inspirational way to connect stakeholders across generations and motivate them toward loyalty behaviors that directly contribute to organizational sustainability.
