Bayh Sullivan oversees enrollment strategy and recruitment at Shady Side Academy, leading admissions, financial aid, and retention efforts. She works closely with families to highlight the Academy’s unique offerings.

Sullivan previously served as Director of Enrollment Management at The Ellis School, her alma mater. She began her career at Germantown Friends School and doing brand development and marketing at Generation, a non-profit brand consultancy. She has a bachelor’s in English language and literature from Bryn Mawr College.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Sullivan is an advocate for independent school education, serving as a mentor for early-career admissions professionals and as a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools Commission for Accreditation. She enjoys time with her husband, two children, and two cats.
