Kate Auger-Campbell is the Founder of The Bridgeworks Group and an independent school enrollment strategist with more than 20 years of experience working with and in school. She partners with Heads, boards, and admission teams to build clear, aligned, and sustainable enrollment strategies that reflect each school's mission and priorities. 

Kate has worked wtih schools and organizations across the United States and Canada and has held leadership roles in both associations and educational technology. She began her career in school-based roles in independent schools and higher education. She is a frequent speaker on enrollment strategy, marketing, and school leadership.
