Rudy Wise, Jr. serves as the Associate Director of Admission & High School Counselor at Trinity Episcopal School in Charlotte, North Carolina, bringing a career defined by the pursuit of excellence in both academics and athletics. Rudy's approach to enrollment management is rooted in his "Interpersonal Motivator" philosophy, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with families while utilizing a strategic lens to ensure instiutional success.

From strengthening enrollment efforts at the collegiate level to managing domestic and international recruitment for elite boarding schools, Rudy has consistently demonstrated that effective enrollment is a blend of clear communication and authentic connection. This dedication to student growth extends beyond the admissions office; having coached basketball at both the Division I and Division III levels and served as a mentor for the 13th Man Organization in DC, he remains deeply committed to building character and leadership in young men. A lifelong learner at heart, Rudy is a graduate of EMA's Future Leaders Institute and holds advanced degrees from Georgetown University and Villanova University.
