Cierra Rickman is the Director of Admission and Advancement at Midland School, where she leads enrollment, advancement, and team strategy. After more than a decade in admission, she has experienced firsthand the tension between the demands of the work and the desire to build a sustainable team culture. Her approach focuses on rethinking how work is structured so that teams can be both effective and supported over time. Outside of work, she can be found spending time outside with her daughters, hiking in the Eastern Sierra, or riding horses whenever she can carve out the time.
