Dr. Kelly Jackson (she/her) earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Howard University, a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California. With over 15 years of global experience as a teacher, administrator, and DEIB leader, she currently serves as Director of Equity, Community and Belonging at Marlborough School in Los Angeles. Dr. Jackson's work focuses on building structures that promote belonging and increase inclusivity across all areas of the school. She believes that students not only need to feel affirmed in who they are, but also empowered in who they are becoming.
