In this session, facilitators will guide participants through an exploration of personal bias and the mental frameworks we develop over time, examining how these shape recruitment and enrollment decisions. Together, we'll look closely at existing policies and practices, not just for what may be working against our intentions, but for the opportunities to better align our work with the school's mission and institutional values.
As the landscape around diversity, equity, and inclusion grows more complex, this session offers a grounded and generative space to strengthen the connection between what we believe and how we operate. Let's go beyond simply identifying what's going wrong and build the reflective capacity and practical strategies that allow enrollment teams to lead with integrity, consistency, and purpose.
