As a small school (with a small admission team) we all know how much even ONE newly enrolled student can positively impact a school community. And when bigger schools have more resources, we have to get creative about how we yield those admitted students to meet our enrollment goals. Leading at a small Pk - 8th grade institution has earned me some wisdom with caring for prospective families, and I'd like to share that and some strategies I have found useful in growing our enrollment and lowering our attrition. (This is meant specifically for small schools with a lean admission team)
