Name
From Data to Voice: Turning Student Voice into Enrollment Impact
Date & Time
Friday, September 25, 2026, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Description
Families consistently point to academics, college outcomes, and athletics as top priorities. At the same time, our survey data, informed by the E3n report and validated through our own parent feedback, showed something equally important. Student voice plays a growing role in how families evaluate schools. In this session, we will share how we used that insight to design a student ambassador program that brings our student experience to life in an authentic and strategic way. Rather than relying solely on adult-driven messaging, we created structures for students to represent who we are directly to prospective families. A central piece of this work is our student video program. These videos amplify student perspectives at scale and meet families where they are, offering a more personal and credible window into our community. We will walk through how we built the program, how it integrates with admissions and marketing, and what we have learned along the way. Attendees will leave with ideas for elevating student voice in ways that align with data, strengthen trust with families, and differentiate their school in a competitive landscape.
