Enrollment leaders are often in the room when the pressure is on! Board meetings, conversations with Heads of School, and strategic discussions carry real consequences. In these moments, it’s easy to over-explain, second-guess how direct to be, or get defensive when you’re trying to show that you’re the expert. This session is for enrollment leaders who want to level up their communication and presence in three key contexts: board communication, managing up, and peer collaboration. Using relatable scenarios, participants will learn how to structure their message, choose language intentionally, and identify their audience's needs - ultimately, building the confidence to communicate with clarity when the stakes are high.
