Description
When admissions feels like an island, the brand promise usually ends up feeling disconnected from the classroom reality. When enrollment teams are out of the loop, the prospective family experience suffers and faculty feel the recruitment process is "someone else’s job."
We will explore how to bridge the gap and ensure that the authentic school experience is at the heart of every recruitment effort. Participants will learn how to keep enrollment teams integrated into the student experience long after the contract is signed.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Identify specific stages of the enrollment funnel where faculty engage with prospective families.
- Build a systematic enrollment calendar that ensures cross-departmental collaboration rather than admissions only outreach. This will incorporate the involvement and outreach of leadership, program directors, and faculty/families.
- Implement specific communication plans that keep admissions informed on daily classroom practices and upcoming campus events.
- Develop a smooth transitional protocol that ensures admissions, faculty, and families stay aligned through the onboarding process. This will include plans to ensure newly enrolled families stay connected with admissions and the relationships created don't dissipate at the start of the year.
- Share examples of best practices currently used by attendees, how they engage with various personnel on campus, address issues that have risen due to lack of connection between admissions and daily campus life.
- Learn how to track and share enrollment wins with faculty to demonstrate how their involvement correlates to higher yield rates.
