Louise Thompson is in her third year as Director of Enrollment Management at Lakehill Preparatory School, a K-12th grade school in the Dallas metroplex. In this role she assists in organizing the admission process, including testing for Kindergarten and first grade applicants, as well as directing the financial aid program. Prior to her role at Lakehill, Louise was the Associate Director of Lower School Admission at Greenhill School for 14 years where she was able to implement data driven assessments for the youngest of applicants in order to add data driven components to admission decisions and understand the impact that may have on future academic success.
Louise has always been focused on the value of testing and how it can be used in the admission process. She also serves on the Testing Taskforce for the Dallas consortium.
