Caroline Doswell is the Executive Director of Admission Testing Solutions (ATS).  Before joining ATS, Caroline worked in independent school admission for 13 years.  Caroline began as an Admission Associate at Greenhill School (Dallas, TX), before moving to Parish Episcopal School (Dallas, TX), where she oversaw the admission process for Pre K through 3rd grade applicants as Associate Director.   Caroline then served as Director of Enrollment Management at Parish for five years.  Caroline is eager to introduce independent schools to the suite of entrance assessments ATS offers and recognizes and values the role a consistent, reliable, and easy to use test plays in making admission decisions.
