Since 2009, Michael has been the Chief Marketing and Enrolment Officer at Appleby College in Oakville, Ontario, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of the school's admissions, brand and communications strategies. As a member of the school's leadership team, Michael sits on the school's Ventures Board and the Finance, Risk and Advancement committees of the school's Board of Governors. During his seventeen years at Appleby, Michael has overseen the growth and expansion of the school's brand internationally and its enrolment numbers helping to establish Appleby as one of North America's leading educational institutions. Prior to joining Appleby, Michael held senior executive positions with several leading Canadian and North American telecommunications, printing and energy sector companies. Michael has also advised and lead global marketing and customer strategy engagements in his prior roles with GPC International (a Fleishman-Hillard agency) and CEM Strategy a networked consulting practice he founded. He has an MBA from Saint Mary's University and an Honours BA in Political Science from Carleton University.
