Dawn Williams is the Director of Enrollment Management and Tuition Assistance at Brooklyn Heights Montessori School in Brooklyn, NY. Before joining BHMS, she worked for 14 years in Admissions and Enrollment at Blue School in NYC, through its closing in 2023. She has presented at the NYSAIS Admissions Conference and served on many panels concering tuition assistance, equity, admissions, and supporting trans students in independent schools for organizations including NYSAIS, Parents League, ISAAGNY, and DECA. Dawn is SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) trained and has facilitated student, faculty & staff, and student SEED groups.
