Keith White brings nearly three decades of experience in non-profit and independent school admissions, diversity, leadership, and student development. He earned his bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Morehouse College and a master’s degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Rhode Island.

He currently serves as the Director of Multicultural Affairs at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Atlanta, GA. Previously, he was the Regional Director for the Southeast Region of A Better Chance, the Program Director for the Institute for Recruitment of Teachers, and a faculty member at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA.

A gifted educator with deep expertise in fostering strategic, inclusive environments within school communities, Keith is committed to ensuring that every community member feels seen, heard, and valued. His specialties include diverse student recruitment, implementation of school diversity programs, and athletic recruitment.  He currently serves on the Board of Horizons Atlanta and has held positions on several school and athletic boards of directors. In 2007, he co-founded the Atlanta Area Association of Independent Schools (AAAIS) Diversity Group, helping to shape the diversity landscape across the region.

Keith has been an SSAT test administrator for over twenty years, providing an intimate and supportive testing environment for students testing with or without accommodations.
