Vincent Travaglione brings more than two and half decades of experience as the founder and senior consultant of Agile Enrollment Solutions. Having begun his career in higher education administration at Villanova University, Vincent transitioned to PK-12 education in 2001, first as a Director of College Guidance and eventually more than two and half decades of experience as the founder and senior consultant of Agile Enrollment Solutions. Having begun his career in higher education administration at Villanova University, Vincent transitioned to PK-12 education in 2001, first as a Director of College Guidance and eventually as a Director of Enrollment Management leading La Jolla Country Day School through an eight year, strategic growth period. In 2013, Vincent began to serve in a variety of consulting roles for schools in assorted stages of formation, leadership transition and other evolutions. In addition, Vincent is an internationally certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  Vincent is a Trustee at The Buckley School (CA), where he serves on the executive committee and co-chairs the DEI committee.  Outside of his time with AES, Vincent enjoys the benefits of living in Southern California as a dedicated origami kayaker (ask him!) as well as a reformed, competitive tennis player. Having lived abroad and traveled to more than two dozen countries, Vincent is always dreaming of or planning his next adventure.

Erwin Wong currently serves as the Director of Enrollment Management at The Buckley School. With more than 25 years of experience across the educational spectrum—from early childhood and K–12 education to higher education—Erwin has devoted his career to fostering inclusive, mission-driven learning communities. Following his undergraduate experience at UC Irvine, he was a public policy fellow at UC Berkeley, and earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the USC. Erwin often describes his independent school journey as a “family business,” having worn countless hats over the years including, a preschool substitute teacher (which he jokingly refers to as “the longest 15 minutes of his life”). His work reflects a deep commitment to community, access, and equity. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Park Day School in Oakland, CA, and on the advisory board for TEACHAAPI, efforts that reflect his passion for long-term sustainability and inclusion. His professional path has taken him to diverse educational contexts including Honolulu, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. Outside of work, Erwin enjoys meaningful conversation on just about any topic—especially over a great cup of coffee.
