Tyler M. Hart is an accomplished leader in enrollment management, currently serving as Director of Enrollment Management at The Peddie School. He brings nearly two decades of experience in admissions, financial aid, and international recruitment across premier boarding schools.

Previously, Tyler held senior roles at Cushing Academy and Villanova Preparatory School, where he expanded domestic and international enrollment and helped implement the International Baccalaureate program. He has led initiatives within the Western Boarding Schools Association (WBSA) and is a frequent presenter at national conferences. Tyler holds a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.A. in Education, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University.
