Franco Pacheco is an Indigenous-Latino educator, U.S. Army veteran, and community advocate committed to equity, access, and student growth. He serves as the Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Stevenson School, where he also teaches and coaches high school swimming and diving. Franco leads Stevenson’s work with community-based organizations focused on expanding educational access for students from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
