Souleman is the Coordinator of Multicultural Recruitment and Outreach at the Hotchkiss School. He is an alumnus of Hotchkiss and returned after graduating from Bowdoin College. Souleman currently serves as the Chair of the Diversity Round Table, where he leads efforts within the Ten School Admission Organization to counsel, recruit, and matriculate prospective students from a demographic range including, but not exclusively, racial, cultural, economic, and geographic.  At Hotchkiss, Souleman spearheads the Hotchkiss Future Leaders Fly-In program, which invites talented and highly motivated student leaders from underrepresented backgrounds to engage in a leadership summit on their campus. Outside of admissions, Souleman is a student advisor, dorm affiliate, and assistant coach to the boys' varsity basketball and track and field teams. He also works on the DEI committee and is a faculty advisor to affinity spaces and student clubs on campus.
