As demands on senior leadership and enrollment teams shift and grow, generative artificial intelligence (AI) offers a powerful opportunity to preserve our most precious resource: time. Embracing Change means working smarter — especially in ways that reflect distinct attributes at each of our schools. This session aims to ignite fresh thinking around defining full-time equivalents (FTE) based on job responsibilities, introduce Eric Hudson’s human-centered approach to AI through an enrollment management lens, and showcase a range of AI tools that boost efficiency, productivity, and creativity across admission, enrollment, and communications. We will dive into researching specific tools to support an upcoming project, task, or initiative. Participants are encouraged to share how AI has streamlined their day-to-day tasks. We expect participants to walk away with a personal and professional philosophy on using AI and inspiration to embrace AI while naming precautions, risks, opportunities, and strengths. While AI can’t cook dinner for you, it can provide recipes to explore using a photo of the ingredients in your kitchen!
