Building an enrollment marketing campaign doesn’t have to be complicated or outsourced. With a clear plan, a small internal team, and a bit of creativity, you can connect meaningfully with prospective families using tools already within reach.
In this session, we’ll share how our team developed and launched a multi-channel campaign to support families from inquiry through application. We focused on intentional messaging, consistent tone, and accessible tools, all while reflecting our school’s values and voice. The session is designed for teams with limited resources and highlights approaches that are practical, not overwhelming.
We’ll talk about how we used insights from EMA’s 2024 Ride to Independent Schools report to shape how we communicated with Millennial and Gen X families. We’ll walk through how we built a drip email campaign that guided families step by step, and how we reused key content across platforms to keep the process efficient and consistent.
We’ll also share how we created short, engaging videos in-house using phones and simple editing tools. We focused on real voices and authentic moments, rather than scripted or heavily produced content. Our social media campaign, primarily on Instagram and YouTube, followed a pace we could realistically maintain. To help families clearly identify our communications, we developed a simple internal brand for the campaign. We’ll also give a peek into the tools that supported the work, including Canva, Mailchimp, CapCut, and Later.
This session offers grounded ideas for teams doing more with less.
