In this session we will look at a survey our admission office created and how the feedback impacted our future practice. The survey went to families who we accepted and they accepted, we accepted and they declined, and families who were leaving our community. Based on the information and results, our office made changes to how we approached the following school year's admissions cycle. This included recruiting prospective families, retaining our current families, and welcoming every family each year to the community.
