Is Enrollment Management a person? A mindset? During the 2024 - 2025 Academic Year, Lawrenceville created a team to tackle the important, complex area that is enrollment management. Aptly named, the Enrollment Management Team, we gather representatives from across campus to tackle the enrollment questions that truly touch each part of campus life from Finance to Communication to Dean of Students. Who has a seat at the table? How are topics organized? Is there ever enough time? How are decisions made? How does this group relate to other bodies on campus: admission team, senior staff, trustees, etc. We will share the wins and the hiccups we encountered along the way, as well as some clear, tangible changes implemented as a result of EMT discussions.
