Financial aid isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. Traditional models focus on need-based scholarships, but what if financial aid could do more? What if it could shape a school’s community, strengthen its mission, and expand access in a sustainable way? This session explores how our school reimagined financial aid by implementing a NET tuition revenue model that goes beyond need-based scholarships. By strategically allocating aid to mission-aligned groups—such as university professors, field experts, and diversity & inclusion—our approach has grown enrollment, deepened community ties, and strengthened our institutional values.
