Intentionally managing the admission and enrollment process for bias is more important now than ever before.
Facilitators will explore personal bias and the development of schemas, identify ways in which bias impacts recruitment and enrollment, interrogate policies and practices for inequity and/or unintended partiality, and develop strategies to best align operations with school mission and institutional values. As scrutiny, skepticism, and mischaracterization of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts abound, this session will support the strategic alignment of enrollment efforts with institutional fidelity.
